Community Dementia Adviser

We are looking for a Community Dementia Adviser to join the Sandwell Community Dementia Support Service. The Adviser’s role will be to address the wellbeing and social support needs of people diagnosed with dementia and family carers.

Hours- 30 hours per week

Salary- £18,515 per annum
