'The Dream Tree'

A big 'congratulations' to Wendy Churms from The HAPPY Painters Group at Oldbury Library.

Wendy who created the picture 'The Dream Tree' was awarded a certificate for Painting of the Month in January 2016.

Wendy is the first to receive the title which will be awarded to the best painting every month.
